We’re delighted to offer our warm congratulations to Brakes, a Sysco Company, for recently winning the 2020 Shared Service Provider of the Year from the Chartered Institute of Credit Management (CICM). Brakes, a Rimilia client for more than five years, attributes its creative use of Rimilia’s Cash and Collect solutions as one of the elements in helping them to win this coveted honour.

The CICM Shared Service Provider of the Year recognises, among others, an organisation’s use of across the finance spectrum to achieve greater efficiency, enhanced quality, better customer service, and lower error rates in SSC operations. The award announcement was made at this year’s CICM British Credit Awards black-tie dinner held on 5 February at London’s Royal Hotel Lancaster.
