The ISO 9001 standard, issued by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), establishes that Rimilia has decisively demonstrated its commitment to product quality and the satisfaction of its growing global customer base. The certification will allow Rimilia to minimise risk; continually improve and streamline operations; reduce costs; satisfy more customers; build a sustainable business; compete effectively; and demonstrate strong corporate governance. Select Rimilia communications will soon feature the ISO 9001 Certification mark and BSI kitemark, recognised symbols of quality, safety, and value for consumers and businesses worldwide.

Rimilia’s ISO 9001 Certification complements another accolade, as the company has held the ISO 27001 since 2017. The ISO 27001 demonstrates that the company is following best practices for information security, with policies and procedures that safeguard the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of customer data—critically important in a climate of rising cyber crime and security threats.
